How do I place an order?
There are multiple options for finding products and ordering online:
- Shop from the online catalog. You can easily find specific parts from our vast online catalog using the search, or you can browse products by product category or by manufacturer name.
- Use Quick Order if you want to use part numbers to easily place your order.
- Request a Quote by clicking the "add to quote" button on a product page.

- Order from a quote completed by your Logic, Inc. sales representative. Log in to your account and view the list of company quotes.
You will receive an email notification when your order is receive and shipped. You can retrieve tracking number(s) at that time by logging into your account.
How do I reset my password?
Visit the Log in / Register page click the "Forgot password?” link to reset your password and log in.
What are my payment options?We offer several payment options:
When placing orders, all customers are welcome to use a credit card. Simply select "credit card" as the option for payment during checkout. Your credit card information will be securely saved in our credit card processing gateway for future use. There will be a 3% transaction fee for all credit card purchases. Please see the formal notice from our management team.
Net 30 Terms
If you are a current customer on Net Terms with Logic, Inc., then you will have the option of "invoice" during checkout. To place the order with PO and pay by invoice, simply select "invoice", enter a PO number during checkout. You also will be able to upload a PO once you place the order.
If you are a new Logic, Inc. customer and interested in establishing Net 30 Terms, then download the credit application. You can email the completed form to email@example.com or upload here. After you have registered and submitted your credit application, your application will go through a verification process. Once this process is complete and you are approved, we will contact you and you can place orders online using "invoice" as a payment option.
All online customers can pay by credit card anytime.
If you would like to prepay for a purchase using Bank Transfer or ACH Wire Transfer, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply with a secure link you can use to prepay with your banking information. Once the funds have been received, your order will be released for processing.
How can I remove tax from my order?We require a sales tax exemption certificate in order to remove tax from items and services that are taxable.
You can email the certificate to email@example.com or upload here. You will receive notification once information has been received.
How can I get an invoice or a copy of my credit card receipt for my order?
You can log in to your account and download/print invoices. Once logged in, go to the section "billing" under My Account. You can also view your online order history.

What if I receive damaged merchandise or need to make a return?
If you encounter any issues with your order (wrong part, defective unit, etc.), please contact us immediately. To start the RMA process, fill out the return form.
When and how does my order ship?
We work hard to process every order on the same day it is received. Lead time does not include processing time. If you place an order for items in-stock at our Kansas warehouse prior to 3 PM CST, it will likely ship by the following business day. We do our best to give priority to orders shipping via expedited methods. Items in stock at warehouses other than our Kansas facility will ship within 5-7 business days unless expedited shipping methods are selected at checkout. Expedited shipping outside of IA, IL, KS, MO, NE will be subject to a $250 handling fee. Lead time on items not in stock varies.
You can choose your preferred shipping speed during the checkout process. Items shipping from our Kansas warehouse will ship UPS. Items drop-shipping from a vendor may ship UPS, FedEx, or LTL. After you place your order, you will receive email correspondences from us when your order is received, fulfilled and shipped. Tracking information will be included with the shipping notification. You can also log into your online account to find a tracking number and link associated with your order.

Can I have my order shipped internationally?
No. We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States. If you need an item shipped overseas, we can ship it to a US-based exporter or freight forwarder of your choosing. We are not set up for international orders we also do not accept credit cards associated with an international address.
