Asyril develops, produces and markets flexible feeding systems. Experts in flexible feeding systems, Asyril offers high performance solutions for parts and components from 0.1 up to 150 mm in size. Their unique patented 3-axis vibration technology and intelligent vision system are easy to integrate and allow for optimized speed, accuracy and flexibility. The Asycube separate and orient parts on a surface by intelligent vibration. A vision system is then used to locate the parts and give the coordinates to the robot for picking.
Asycube Series
Asycube is a 3-Axis Vibration Flexible Parts Feeder.
Asyril's flexible feeders offer high performance part feeding, pre-orientation and optimal surface distribution of bulk parts and components.
Five different Asycube models are available to feed parts of any shapes, materials and sizes from <0.1 up to 150 mm. Asycubes are used when parts are delivered in bulk and must be presented one by one to the robot. Typical applications are: Pick&Place, machine tending, assembly and palletizing.
EYE+ The Smart Control System
EYE+ is the intelligence between Asycube and robot. Control the hopper, Asycube, camera and the robot from the EYE+ Studio, a web based interface. EYE+ optimises the performance of your Asycube with integrated Artificial Intelligence based vision on a powerful controller.

Asyril Hopper and Feeder Systems
Asyril's flexible feeding solutions utilize a vibrating hopper to transfer parts in controlled aumounts onto a platform and presents them for pick up by a vision-guided robot. This is a great solution for reliable, fast and precise feeding of items in a near infinite range of part sizes and shapes.
